Super nicely renovated and in great condition with silent AC, jaw-dropping location in the heart of the city, super friendly staff, welcoming treats upon arrival, helpful owner who went above and beyond.

location was best possible, close to a domed roman catholic cathedral. the facilities were really clean and it had everything you need.

Staff was really helpful - we loved that. Its location was exceptionally nice, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from main tourist attractions like Castle of Carlo V.

I always stay at this amazing place in Monopoli. Staff printed my boarding pass on my first visit. It has Wi-Fi, kitchenware, A/C, TV, outdoor dining area. No pets, non-smoking. The perfect spot for weekend getaways!

We loved the location and staff - everything was good! Amicable staff with very useful tips. You need to walk 5 minutes to reach Damare with quick-service food. Located in a tourist area, close to a bus station.

The apartment at Casa Perugini had a terrace with beautiful views of the city. It was so nice to sit out there and enjoy the surroundings. The living room was cozy and comfortable with a nice sofa to relax on. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed cooking our own meals. The apartment had a flat-screen TV, perfect for watching our favorite shows or movies.

Personally, I found the balcony in the apartment a bit small. But others might still find it charming.

Oh, just loved the complimentary bottled water but unfortunately, the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were on holiday too. So thoughtful.
